Sales Executive / B2 Litho / Digital

The Role:

Due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive who has a background of delivering across a multitude of sectors.

You will be given a target of new business growth to achieve, so this role will suit someone looking for a challenge and the rewards that come with being a successful sales person.

A Heidelberg house throughout and a digital department operating the UK’s first Fuji Jet Press 720’s, you are provided with the industry’s best tools to do the job.

In addition, you will have the full support of an experienced Client Services team to ensure you are able to deliver to meet expectations.

Key skill and attributes required:

  • A proven track record of being able to deliver against targets
  • Exceptional organisation skills and being a good communicator is key to being able to fulfill this role.
  • A strong technical understanding
  • Excellent communication skills all round
  • A strong team player, self-motivated and self-driven
  • Required to support an extremely demanding management team
  • Being able to offer a consultative approach to clients
  • Maintaining old and new customer relationships, spotting up sell opportunities and ensuring their current and future needs are recognised and met
  • You will be given a lot of autonomy in this role so will need to be extremely self-motivated.

Remuneration:

Good Basic, Commission, Car Allowance, Company Pension Scheme

PrePress Operator and Typesetter

Our investments have always been client focused – we were the first in Warwickshire to install an Indigo Digital press, a top of the range 7–colour digital press with variable data capability, the first to become an all B2 size Heidelberg house and the first to install computer to plate technology as long ago as the late 1990’s.

In 2016, we were the first UK print company to invest in Fuji’s Jet Press 720’s. A ultra-high quality, 4 colour, B2 sheet-fed inkjet press with a production speed of up to 2700 B2 sheets per hour.

Due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced Pre Press Operator and Typesetter looking for a new opportunity.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Processing of artwork files supplied by clients
Prepare and impose supplied artwork files and re-format into print ready files
Produce hard copy and digital proofs
The ability to confidently liaise with clients as and when required

Key Skills:

Conversant with Heidelberg Prinect workflow
A good basic knowledge of typesetting and being able to create style sheets
A strong technical understanding
Familiar with industry standard software
Good communication skills all round
Team playing capabilities, but with a strong ability to work on own initiative
A minimum of three years’ commercial experience

Hours:

Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8am – 5.00pm and Friday 8am – 4.00pm
